ChargeSG Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. ChargeSG is operated by Flintblocks Pte Ltd (Singapore).

What we collect

• Account: your name and email from Apple or Google sign-in.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — only the brand and last four digits.
• Charging sessions: charger used, energy delivered, price paid — kept as your receipts.
• Location: used on-device to show chargers near you. Never stored on our servers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, run third-party ads, or track you across other apps.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This destroys your sign-in identity, personal details and saved cards. Anonymized session records are retained as required for financial reconciliation.
